Due to the ongoing policy of mass and indiscriminate IP address blocking of foreign servers by the authorities of the Russian Federation, the company is facing a technical inability to ensure stable and secure access to the trading platform for clients located in Russia.
As a result, starting from July 1, 2025, the broker will terminate services for clients residing in the Russian Federation. This decision is based solely on technical grounds related to platform accessibility and is not discriminatory in nature.
This action is carried out in accordance with Section 11 of the Public Offer Agreement, which governs the right of the company to suspend or terminate services in the event of technical or regulatory limitations beyond its control.
Key Changes:
- On June 30, 2025, at 9:00 PM Moscow time (UTC+3), all open positions held by clients from Russia will be automatically closed.
- After this date, access to the trading platform will be blocked for IP addresses identified as originating from the Russian Federation.
- Withdrawals of available funds will remain possible until December 31, 2025. Withdrawals can be made via the Client Portal or, if needed, by contacting the support team.
