GE reverse split situation

Dear Clients, in view of the current situation with the decision of General Electric to conduct a reverse split of its securities, By Trend LLC declares that these processes affect the internal relationships of General Electric and the real holders of securities and are not directly related to the markets of derivatives (derivative financial instruments). In this regard, the company has decided to consider trading operations with a CFD instrument on General Electric securities made during the split period from July 20, 2021, to August 4, 2021, invalid and cancel all trading operations with this instrument during the specified period on the clients' trading accounts, regardless of their result. The company also will exclude GE from the line of trading instruments until a full assessment of the situation. Please take this fact into account. In view of the need to strengthen the monitoring of deposit operations in the current situation with the GE instrument, the withdrawal period may be extended. We wish you successful trading!
